Claudia Flayter is a New York State licensed massage therapist. She has been a runner most of her life and enjoys outdoor activities. Claudia is certified in Swedish, Deep tissue, reflexology, Hot Stone, Prenatal and also medical massage. After coaching track and field for 16+ years at Shaker high school, Claudia wanted to receive further training in massage for runners and athletes. She sees firsthand how gentle stretching with massage can prevent and help with not just sports injuries but day to day activity and stress. Claudia feels every session should be tailored for the clients needs. She uses various techniques into every treatment to maximize the clients benefit for each session.
